We have the most modern equipment for the manufacture of high-quality tubes that meet all necessary standards. These tubes are not afraid of environmental exposure, have increased strength and are made for the further own furniture production, and for sale.
We produce metal tube according to the FEDERAL STANDARDS 10704–91,8639–82, 8645–68, 8644–68 и 8734–75
Making frames for our furniture, we use special sets of spatial three-dimensional tube bending machines. All our equipment is made in Europe, and due to such production capacity it is possible to produce elements of any complexity.
The required bending radius is set automatically, as a result we obtain different forms: round, oval, rectangular, etc.
Reliable support for chairs serve bases. For their production, earlier produced metal parts are used. We cut them into blanks of the required length and begin to give the desired shape. Following this, they will have to be sanded and welded to each part for the castors.
Ready bases next has to be either chromed or powder coated (painted).
We produce many components for beautiful and durable furniture by processing metal sheets. First, they are cut into fragments of the desired size and shape, and then transferred to a specialist who manufacture various parts of them.
The variety of manufactured parts allows to create almost any design for the furniture.
The best way to protect a metal is to coat it with another metal that is much more durable. To do this, use the electrolysis procedure. In our production, we use nichrome as such a “defender”. With all its durability, it is surprisingly flexable, which allows it to make stylish decorative items from it.
Galvanized process of metal has two main objectives: to make it stronger and more beautiful.
Cut metal sheets must be prepared for painting by degreasing and applying a phosphate film on them. To make the surface velvet to the touch, to obtain optimal protective properties and not to undergo corrosion, we cover the metal with dyeing compound "МUAR".
Due to powder coating technology, you can choose any color for metal painting from the RAL catalog.
First, we take polymer granules and paint them in the desired color using a colorant. Then foremen send the plastic to the auger with heating. Here the material melts, acquiring a homogeneous structure. Now you need to submit it to the mold under high pressure. As soon as the plastic cools, the components are ready.
The production process occurs cyclically when melting alternates with hardening.
Taking several layers of veneer, we glue them together so that the fibers of one sheet are perpendicular to the fibers of the other - in this way the material will be stronger. As a result, the ready part must be cut to the required size with the allowances for machinery. Now it can be used for further production.
Making our own plywood parts, we choose birch veneer and special resins.
We use milling machines for processing plywood parts. Such machine eliminates the human influence on this process and guarantees the identity of all same parts, while they meet all deminsions and forms of a given pattern. The machines work on the basis of the CNC, so during the operation, perfect accuracy is achieved.
Milling machines repeate as accurately as possible the specified pattern, providing large number of the same parts (copies).
The foreman lays on the machine materials - fabric, foam rubber and plywood - in a certain sequence, tightly pressing the all layers using a special machinary tool. Now the fabric must be strongly tensioned and attached with staples to the inside of the workpiece.
At the final stage, we nail the artificial polymer along the edeges and mark the obtained furniture elements.
Elastic type of polyurethane foam - we need for the subsequent manufacture of furniture items for individual projects. Therefore, we create the foam on our own equipment. Need a unique shape? We Can Make it!
Polyurethane foam cubes have a different density and softness and are cut into blanks using special machines.
The covers we sewn have different design features and differ in shape. Among them are removable covers with buttons and zippers. We make accessories for upholstered furniture, chairs, armchairs and other, even exclusive furniture.
To create upholstery, we choose only high-quality fabrics, as well as natural or artificial leather. And then proceed to the professional sewing.
